One of the first Post-Punk/Dark Wave groups from New Zealand. "Conditioner" was published in 1981 on Danse Macabre's first and only album "Between the Lines".

Amazing, tribalistic, syncopated rhythm. It reminds me of Bauhaus' "Bela Lugosi's Dead" and also Corpus Delicti's "The Awakening".

"Conditioner" also shows Afro-Cuban elements, such as the Timbales @ 00:14 (a high-pitched snare drum). Very Reggae-like.
