Yevgenia Kopteva was born and raised in Surgut. With four years of choreography involved in children's schools of arts. Евгения Коптева родилась и выросла в г.Сургуте. С четырёх лет занималась хореографией в детской школе искусств. После окончания школы поступила в Санкт-Петербургский Государственный Университет Культуры и Искусств, который с успехом закончила в 2005 году по специальности педагог-хореограф. Обучаясь в институте Женя параллельно работала во многих известных коллективах города в совершенно разных танцевальных направлениях. Также закончила курсы Института физической культуры им.Лесгафта по специальности инструктор по фитнесу.
Танцем живота Женя серьёзно занялась в конце 2004 года в школе-студии Натальи Беккер. В мае 2005 года Женя впервые выступила на конкурсе "Звезда Востока" и сразу заняла первое место. Теперь в её коллекции такие титулы, как: " Чемпионка Мира 2006,2007", "Чемпионка России 2007", "Звезда Востока 2005, 2006, 2007", победительница Международного Оазис-фестиваля 2006,2007, финалистка Чемпионата Европы 2005 и многие многие другие победы. С 2007 года Женя выступает на конкурсах не только, как исполнитель, но и как педагог-постановщик. Впервые выступив, её группа стала Чемпионами России в номинации "классика, малые группы", а также заняла первое место в номинации "фольклор, формейшн". На Чемпионате России среди начинающих Женина ученица Ирина Вологдина заняла также первое место. Рейтинг СПб " Восточная Коллекция" - Соловьёва Валентина - 1е место, Мокроусова Юлия - 3е место - также Женины ученицы
